With the help of some of America’s top chefs, we provide live, interactive web classes broadcasted from the Culinary School at Florida International University, (FIU). Each chef is challenged to develop and teach a recipe that can feed a family of four for under $20. The recipe must take no more than 30 minutes to prepare and use only basic kitchen utensils.

We teach these families in an interactive setting so our chefs can share stories, answer questions and watch as parents and children follow along with instructions from their home kitchens.
